To receive your Crystal Shamanism approval and certification you’re required to complete the following case studies.
4 x Crystal Healings ( 30mins per healing )
4 x Medicine Retrievals ( 30mins per healing )
4 x Soul Retrievals ( 30 mins per healing )
The Healing processes and information is in your manuals. Before you start your healings we suggest you read through the codes of conduct information below. These healings are required to be completed within 6 months on different people if you can. I understand that this can be difficult for some, however see how you go with it. The more range of people you work with the more it gets you prepared when you start your healing business. I also suggest that you don’t charge for these healings as the energy exchange is your accreditation. However after you receive your accreditation we suggest that you do charge your clients as it is very important to have an energy exchange so the healing is valued. I suggest that you connect into your own guidance on how much you would like to charge for your healings. When I first started I charged $80 then gave myself a pay rise to $120 then $160 and now $180 for a 1.5 hour session. Once all healings are complete please sent back information to this email. Due to privacy act we do not require the name of the person only the overview of the healing.
Please make sure the following information is sent back:
Name of Healing Process
What happened in the healing - short overview
How did you feel during the healing
What was your clients feedback
Once your healings are received we will send out your certificate. Please make sure you let us know what name you would like on the certificate and your address. You will be eligible to become an approved healing practitioner from IICT and attain Insurance once you receive your certificate
IICT INSURANCE PROCESS

CODE OF CONDUCT
Whether at the beginning of our healing journey or further developed along the pathway, it is important to always examine or revisit a Code of Conduct / Code of Ethics that ensures, as a group of healing professionals, that we are offering services that are of the highest good for all, and come from a place of divine love and integrity. We all have unique gifts and personal styles that contribute to who we are and how we provide healings for others. Clients accessing a healing service need to be adequately informed about the process and what may be involved for them, so that they can give informed consent, that is that clients have a clear understanding of the process they are going to undertake. It is always advised that we only use techniques that we have knowledge about and preferably have had support and training in using, and/or may have experienced ourselves. Maintaining professional integrity will always support healing work. This includes honesty, sensitivity, genuineness, empathy for others experiences, ongoing self reflection and professional development. This also involves respecting the right to privacy and confidentiality of those who come to see us, who often share their vulnerability in the most trusting way. Our aim is not to stir up issues, but rather to work with the emotional issues that our clients initiate. We do not need to intrude unnecessarily on others privacy when seeking information. In our dedication to our path as healers, it is of crucial importance to maintain an ongoing commitment to professional development and future learning. This also involves ongoing consultation with our healer colleagues and teachers. This commitment to continual learning assures the quality of service to clients. It also creates a clear awareness about our own individual strengths and areas for potential growth. We have an ethical responsibility to respect the worth and dignity of every individual who enters the healing space, and whatever beliefs, world views, values, spiritual or religious beliefs, goals or desires that they may hold. For this reason, (and multiple others), a well established awareness of self is imperative. The following points all relate broadly or specifically to the concept of self awareness: Self awareness allows us to have knowledge of our own values and ethics, and informs us of the judgements that we may hold, and the subtle and direct ways that we can at times influence others. Self awareness ensures we are not persuading others to do what we think is right, but rather have respect for others choices and ability to determine what is right for their own lives. Further, self reflection also allows us the capacity to differentiate between what we know to be our own issues, and what may be the clients issues. We must always be aware of our own limitations and maintain our professional boundaries. When sensitive issues arise for clients that need ongoing or additional support, it is essential that appropriate referrals are made i.e. to doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, counsellors, psychologists etc. This involves us as healers having a real knowing of where our role ends and being respectful of our clients right to follow their own path and learn their own lessons. We should never attempt to address issues that we do not have the professional training for. Our intuition may pick up on issues for people, but it is very important to manage this in the most sensitive way and always refer to the most appropriate specialist service. In this context, maintenance of our professional boundaries is assured, always keeping in mind that for our clients, it is their journey, their path to walk. Self care is always important in healing work. Our personal needs will always vary over time depending on what is happening for us at a given point in time, so this needs to be considered with flexibility. It is our responsibility to nurture ourselves with good physical health, nutrition, exercise, access good health care professionals when needed, and practice meditation etc. Always remember to nurture yourself and your amazing gifts as the more you nurture and cherish yourself, the more you have within you to share with others.
